About this artwork
The mask was made of delicate pieces
of a textile material in an intense color, folded like a fine
flowers and arranged and fixed in the shape of the face.
My inspiration was the awareness of the multidimensionality of man as
creatures. The work shows the inner limitless space which is created in us appearing "out of nowhere", coming to man from a greater space. Its intense blue color is a symbol the cosmos that surrounds us, limitlessness. Flowers… speak of delicacy, sensitivity of human nature, and at the same time about consistencyin pursuit of light, truth.
