About this artwork
The artwork evokes Mediterranean seagrass meadows through layers of color, transparencies, and organic strokes that suggest the slow movement of vegetation underwater. Green and blue tones intertwine with earthy hues, creating a serene and ever-changing atmosphere.
Created using mixed media on watercolor paper, the surface is constructed through layers of paint and spontaneous gestures. The result does not aim to represent a specific landscape,… but rather to convey the feeling of being immersed in it.
