Screaming neon green and yellow tones in contrast to black and anthracite that collide like distant times but therefore don't bring any temporal definition to it. It makes its statement simply by being present.
Mullingar, (the crooked mill) joins the title, the capital of County Westmeath in the Irish province of Leinster, as the fourth work in the Irish series.
It can be ideally combined with "Wicklow",… see picture gallery, but is also available on its own. Shown here in unit price.

Maike Barbara Maier is a multidisciplinary artist living in Germany whose work is exhibited and sold worldwide. Originally a graphic designer, her signature is a fascination with experimental versatility in material and style. Maier's classic abstract works on linen also include unique prints on pre-corroded metal plates, pixelated works made from cleaning sponges, and graphic prints with a parallax bend effect.
