About this artwork
This work is part of my Dalmatian cycle — a personal interpretation of light, sea, and Mediterranean calm.
The sun is shining, and the sea is perfectly calm — a Dalmatian bonaca at the height of summer. This miniature captures a quiet moment of peace and beauty, where the boat rests gently, shimmering in the sunlight.
I created this work to convey the stillness and serenity of a summer day by the sea. It is an original, framed piece, previously exhibited… at the International Miniature Exhibition in Dubrovnik, and will soon be presented at a new exhibition.
