About this artwork
Four Elements unites four independent pictorial bodies into a composition about the elemental forces and processes of nature. Different color palettes and surfaces evoke earth, water, fire, and air without directly depicting these elements.
Organic structures, fine cracks, and multifaceted color gradients make the surfaces appear like fragments of a larger natural order. Some areas resemble mineral deposits or weathered rock, while others evoke… currents, heat, or atmospheric movement.
