About this artwork
This piece embodies the chaotic beauty of rebirth and resilience. With acrylics and sprays, I've layered vibrant hues against stark, bold sketches, creating a dynamic tension. It's about the continuous process of blooming despite the challenges, a metaphor rendered through spontaneous lines and energetic splashes. This artwork pulsates with life and color, designed to invigorate any space with a spirit of perseverance and renewal.
« The universe gifted me a French edge, a Californian dream and some hot boiling Afghan blood and I channel it through my art. »
Manaz Raiszadeh is an artist based in France whose paintings have been featured in solo and group exhibitions in the United States. Referring to herself as an "intuitionist abstract painter", the genesis of her artistic inspiration comes from her parent's tale and her Afghani cultural background. Raiszadeh often depicts houses and villages in her compositions, as she believes that "we can all relate to the place where we are from". She creates using acrylics, pastels, and collage on canvas or wood.
