About this artwork
The peacock from the cycle of gold objects in 24ct gold leaf
Gold items:
The gold objects are sawn out of wood by hand. Thereafter, the repeated application of the special chalk ground mixture with the brush. The resulting fine reliefs are then covered with 24ct gold leaf. Each gold object is a unique one-of-a-kind, it is suspended in the frame and can thus bring its very special charisma to unfold.
