About this artwork
In this digital work, I play with geometric repetition to convey a sense of simultaneous chaos and order. I wanted to capture a density and rhythm that invites reflection. It exists between reality and fiction, depending on the level of attention paid, and it evokes the somewhat dystopian era we "enjoy."
Manuel Lareo Fernandez, a graduate in Fine Arts from the University of Vigo, uses a variety of media, encompassing both traditional and digital techniques. His style is eclectic and experimental, blending drawing with digital techniques, exploring chance, the impulse of the line, and the expressiveness of the stroke. Each work surprises with its technique and concept, conveying a unique, intriguing, and deeply personal vision that invites viewers to feel and reflect on the unexpected.
