The turritopsis dohrnii, a small species of jellyfish native to the Mediterranean, is commonly known as the "immortal jellyfish". Immortality does not reside in the external aspect, what is external decay, only the soul is eternal and not subject to transience.

« Although I am a "painter of reality", I am interested in projecting what reality does not say. »
Manuel Pablo Pace is a painter, draftsman, and sculptor based in Italy whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Chile, Germany, and France. Alongside the expressions of the body, his art also investigates the relationship between subject and landscape. Pace's fusion of classical painting with pop culture conveys "a temporal and psychic suspension" through the use of diffused light, illuminating domestic scenes. His painterly compositions are created using oils and acrylics on linen, paper, and canvas.
