Mara Ruehl is a passionate German painter who has exhibited her work internationally. Her artistic practice focuses primarily on abstract themes and approaches, such as chromium amorphies - an effect created by the optical illusion of pulsating and flowing color surfaces. Ruehl's soulful works additionally play with stylistic devices of Concrete Constructivist art, but are freed from their rules.
