Marc Goldstain, a French painter educated at the esteemed École Duperré and ENS Cachan, explores urban scenes and the spiritual within the everyday. He masterfully fuses realism and expressionism, employing visible, gestural brushwork that navigates between controlled intention and liberated spontaneity. His canvases offer a vibrant, kaleidoscopic vision—where cold urbanity meets human warmth—reconciling societal opposites. He strives to shift our perception of the fragile, wondrous banal, channeling introspective experience to endow the world with renewed presence and palpable emotion.
