About this artwork
In this work, I have created a simple yet powerful form using vibrant acrylic paint and soft oil pastels. The luminous red pulsates with energy, while the rough lines in the center invite reflection. It is an expression of both intensity and tranquility, lending a bold and lively atmosphere to any room. This painting speaks directly and personally to the viewer.
The works in the "after Ada" series are inspired by my daughter Ada's first drawings,… which she made with a pencil on 10 x 10 cm sticky notes when she was one and a half years old. It was her first encounter with an object that leaves a mark.
