About this artwork
In the later part of the 20th century and into the 21st century, robotics and artificial intelligence (A.I) have moved along at a startling pace.
Sometimes I wonder what the eventual outcome might be. Will we find ourselves in way over our heads or will it be a pivotal period for mankind? I think the latter. I can imagine no greater arbitrary force, than a super intelligent, non judgemental entity, sorting our problems and redirecting our own inadequacies… into strengths. Pushing us further than just monkeys with a dream.
This piece comes constructed and ready to hang.

Marc Rayner is an Australian artist based in Sweden who has exhibited his works nationally, as well as in Sweden, Monaco, France, Qatar, Italy, India, South Korea, Denmark, and Japan. The key to his artworks is the creation of 'quasi-landscapes' rich in text and design, or flat and almost devoid of information. This 'distorted zone' is a place where Rayner's tormented, disenfranchised, and often unfortunate characters exist. He is drawn to outsider artistic styles and naive art in broader terms.
