About this artwork
The structuring element of this sculpture (2.5 kg) is composed of a spathe of a date palm. The spathe is a large bract enveloping the inflorescences of the tree. This piece is decorated, at its base, with a piece of plant fiber or Tapa, wooden beads and porcupine quills in its middle. model and below, an angular architecture wanting to evoke blocks of buildings. The architectural languages are different and they invite us to cultivate our ability to reason and communicate with others.
