About this artwork
This work reflects an inner landscape rather than a specific moment or place. I created as a way to explore contrast - between warmth and calm, movement and stillness, emotion and memory. Trough gestural brushstrokes and layered colors, i allow forms to appear and dissolve, suggesting fragments of bodies, sensations, and feeling state of mind.
For me , this piece represents a personal " inner summer": intense, fluid, and transitional. It is not… meant to be fully defined, but felt. " Cool Summer" invites the viewer to slow down, to connect with their own emotional rhythm, and to find meaning within ambiguity and transformation.

Marcelo Pedrozo, painter and visual artist, discovered his artistic passion at the age of 12. He uses a mix of acrylics, canvas, oil pastels, crayons, resin and glitter to create abstract works, exploring surrealism with defined shapes tinged with abstraction. His main themes are sexuality, society, and emotions, all present in his maximalist and colorful art. In his own idealism, there is no good or bad art, only perspectives, a reflection of the diverse emotional interpretation contained in his works.
