About this artwork
In this work, I tried to capture the ephemeral essence of seasonal change, its colors and its changing atmosphere through the printmaking technique. The shades of yellow and green tones blend subtly, reflecting my personal and impressionistic interpretation of nature. By bringing this art into your home, you will add a touch of calm and daily inspiration, a continuous invitation to reflect on the beauty of transformation.
The base of this work is… made on a sheet of crystal glass, colored powders mixed together, silver leaves engraved with a steel tip and painted with high temperature colours. All enclosed in a crystal glass plate, to keep the precious leaf unaltered. The painting is ready and I put it in the oven where it reaches a temperature of 780 degrees. The work is framed.

Marco Scaramuzza, a multifaceted artist and master glassmaker, merges his love for Murano glass with his training as a painter. In addition to painting, he uses the techniques of glass fusing, lampwork and graffiti, enriching many of his works with precious silver leaves which become the canvas for his paintings.
