About this artwork
Last year, I was boating on a lake with friends as the sun began to set. The golden hour cast a magical light on the bushes lining the water, creating stunning color contrasts that were truly captivating. I was particularly drawn to the areas where the light was shining in the distance, as if beckoning me towards it but always remaining just out of reach. This painting is my attempt to capture that feeling.
