Met pen en waterverf bracht ik de serene rust van een zomerse middag op het water in het Villa Borghese park in Rome tot leven. De zachte, vloeiende lijnen van de bomen en de bootjes symboliseren vrijheid en ontspanning. De kleuren zijn voornamelijk groen gehouden, zelfs het water is groenig.
