« My mission is to capture the beauty of the moment, the here and now, giving it to the viewer. »
Maria Timofeeff is an experienced artist based in Russia whose paintings have been featured in numerous solo exhibitions nationally. For her, art is not logical, nor is it predictable. Rather, it is an area of absolute freedom and beauty. Timofeeff describes her artistic practice as being impulsive, emotional, and pictorial. Her diversely themed compositions are primarily created with oils on canvas.
