Often it all begins with a color, a movement, or a small impulse. Layer by layer, a unique pictorial space develops, full of structures, contrasts, and unexpected connections.
I primarily work with acrylics on canvas and sometimes incorporate small basalt stones into my pieces. Copper, gold, and silver tones meet luminous accents, constantly changing their effect depending on the light and viewing angle.
Each picture develops its own character.… Often something emerges that I myself hadn't expected at the beginning – and that's exactly what I love about this process.
