About this artwork
The phenomenon of perception, when not everyone knows that they have it. But most likely, you can imagine sound in the form of color, or find the sound of smell! The painting is done with aerosol neon paints to sharpen the senses of the viewer. Seeing spicy, hearing blue, or smelling yellow. When I came up with this picture, I just thought about how I can visualize music. You can find a disclosure of this topic in many of my works.

Maria Zhivilo is an experienced artist based in Russia whose paintings have been exhibited nationally and in Turkey. Through her works, she explores the relationship between humanity and the universe, as well as the laws of nature and the laws of humans. In addition, Zhivilo ponders the questions of "who are you, who am I, and who are we?". She primarily employs acrylics, oils, spray paint, ink, pigments, charcoal, and tempera on canvas, paper, or linen.
