About this artwork
Here, I wanted to capture the incessant and soothing flow of the sea, through undulating shapes and tangled blues. This semi-abstract acrylic painting invites you to feel the dynamics and softness of the waves, creating a vibrant energy that will bring freshness and serenity to your space. It is a tribute to the moving and hypnotic beauty of water.
Between figurative and abstract, the waves reflect my attachment to the sea. It is a unique painting… because it is very rare to find a composition in the form of lines in his works. As in all my paintings, an apparent simplicity often hides profound things and this sea could well be more agitated than it seems.
