About this artwork
In this painting, I've captured the abstract essence of a day at the beach, focusing on the play of textures and the bold interplay of colors. Using acrylic and sand, I created a tactile surface that invites touch and evokes the sensory experience of the seaside. The vibrant stripes of the beach towels and the vividness of the umbrella symbolize relaxation and leisure, contrasting with the dynamic, stirring sea above. This artwork is designed to… bring a sense of calm and joy, reminiscent of breezy beach days, into your living space.
« Art is what will save humanity from all evils. »
Marie Rouach is an Israeli artist whose works have been exhibited in solo events in both Tel Aviv and Raanana. Though she has discovered the pleasure of creating abstract pieces, Rouach continues to paint portraits of women as a way of paying homage to all of the women in the world. Her artistic process involves the use of acrylics, translating abstract compositions onto canvas, and painting portraits on paper.
