Do your thoughts turn off and your receptors sharpen? Do your senses turn on? That's the marker.
Now is actually our companion that… is with us always, haunting our whole life - and what is happening, what we call "the moment" - the marker is your sensation of something at a particular moment - the strongest feeling, emotion, impression - that is fixed in memory because of heightened emotional sensations.
The sixth feeling? That's probably the "now," the way you experience your own body in space. The invisible world and the subtle dimension.
To turn off your receptors and capture the moment? Is that possible? Fall into the subtle dimension?
