About this artwork
In this piece, I've channeled a raw, textual energy through the tactile quality of acrylics. It's a symphony of letters, an abstract exploration of typography as form and shadow. I invite you to ponder the dialogue between communication and chaos, evoking a monochromatic tapestry that is both enigmatic and grounding. This artwork will add a thought-provoking presence to your space, energizing it with a contemplative and modern vibe.

« I bring a lifetime of experience in the visual arts to my work. »
Marion Elliott is an artist based in the United States whose paintings have been exhibited nationally. Her artistic expression began as figurative and representational, which later transitioned into abstraction. Currently, Elliott is fascinated by the artistic process and in what develops accidentally. She describes her compositions as "textural and moody", resulting from building up and scraping away acrylics into canvases and overlaying them with coats of plaster.
