“Desert Storm” depicts a desert landscape at sunset, traversed by a sandstorm that dissolves the boundaries between sky and earth. Warm hues of ochre and copper intertwine with blue and gold reflections, creating a vibrant luminous effect that evokes the shifting, almost mystical light of the desert. The painted surface, constructed with glazes and textural contrasts, conveys a sense of depth and dynamism, transforming the observation of reality…
into an almost abstract vision. Light becomes the protagonist, generating a suspended and meditative atmosphere, where the force of nature translates into pure visual energy.
