About this artwork
Accelerant, Slices of movement, stretching speed, adding fragments of sex, cars, and type. All in an Accelerated pedal to the metal piece of unique art. An elongated set of frames that are emblematic of the stretched landscape that is in your peripheral vision. Accelerant,

« Work that never stops moving. Learning, adapting, seeking new materials, and any way to amplify an apprehension of space. To re-compose space into elegantly ferocious abstractions. »
Mark Vinci is an award-winning painter and sculptor based in the United States whose works have been exhibited nationally. He describes his distinctive abstract collages as being imbued with the visual impression of speed, caught out the window of a fast-moving car, resulting in hyper-distortion. In his artistic process, Vinci most often creates on wood or steel supports.
