About this artwork
'Liminal Spaces' are the interstices, the spaces that exist between the warp and the weft of life, the voids that appear empty but create the structure . . . the communication . . . the glue. Within 'liminal spaces' we experience a certain degree of discomfort, unrest and uncertainty. Yet these spaces are packed with expectancy . . . with feelings that we are on the verge of something. These spaces are filled with risk and promise.
