About this artwork
This work of art is a particularly demanding and complex work of craftsmanship. The painting surface made of polyester drawing film is printed by hand with ink, India ink and acrylic, cut up and reassembled. A dense network of lines stretches across the entire picture surface. with a special solution, which dissolves part of the color base and exposes the one underneath. Additional shading and the use of metal leaf (brass) create lively and extraordinarily complex contrasts. The bright green and the shimmer of the brass invite the viewer to discover the numerous details.
