About this artwork
The piece shows impressions from Werfen, a castle in Austrian Alps. A shape is inspired by the famous Hohenwerfen castle settled on the rock in the state Salzburg. The piece is one of the series created after my lovely trip to Austria.

Marta Sienkiewicz is a Polish stained glass artist who was born in 1967 in Wrocław and now lives in Scotland. She studied at The Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wrocław, where she learned to master stained glass techniques.
