About this artwork
I like to take the time to live slowly. To savor, observe, and contemplate. This landscape in dry pastel was painted en plein air, sitting on the ground on a blanket. My basket of colors, pencils, and sticks was placed close by. The low sun, just before dawn, made the greenery of my garden shimmer. I know this tree by heart; I planted it from an acorn. I love the idea of enriching one's environment by carefully and freely planting a simple seed directly… in the lawn. For me, it's a beautiful way to do one's part for the environment. I've watched it grow, I've pruned and cared for it, but above all, I've let it grow as it sees fit and given it space to seek its light and minerals. I love watching children play in it, climbing it, just as I did when I was a child.
I will never tire of its beauty.

She favors spontaneity, freedom, and a sincere search for harmony, exploring plays of textures, transparencies, light, and depth, creating works that are both figurative and abstract. Through her art, she conveys the vibrant beauty of nature, the richness of human emotions, and a profound joy of living, inviting everyone to contemplation and calm.
