Logic of pre-alphabetical thinking
"The presence of the sign"
"Logic of pre-alphabetic thought" or the aspect of sapiential research of the first roots, in the same smell of anthropology and magic, of philosophy and alchemy. Not the iconographic game, not the dreamlike illustration fascinates him, but… what in Picasso's words is "the sun in the belly", the dark and prelogical intuition of life, of generating oneself and losing oneself in form, in the capacity of the sign of flee to oneself towards a radiant reflection of the senses.
The artist faces "the presence of the sign", makes it grow and form as a reality in itself. He does not care to recognize them, let alone imprint them, a destiny, a common logos: the meaning of the process is to excite it to give itself, to become a generation, in the mobile and never-to-be-mastered flow that is its own.
