Trained at the École Duperré and the EPSAAVP in Paris, Mathilde Lemonnier is a painter passionate about the texture of damaged walls and floors. She recreates these textures in her works by mixing techniques and materials such as watercolor, oil paint and glycero lacquer on wooden supports. Her art reveals a fascination with abstraction and pareidolia, where she sees shapes in the grooves of sidewalks or the bark of trees.
