Discover the creation in interiors
I'M A FAN OF JAZZ! Music systematically accompanies me during my painting sessions. I thought of this large format as a visual for the cover of a beautiful Coltrane vinyl. Much space is given to the waves of the wood which can be seen through transparency. The light clings to certain lacquered areas and the wood grain does the rest. Place a vinyl on the turntable and enjoy. The frame offers relief and facilitates hanging. This piece is signed on…
the back, giving you the freedom, according to your tastes and your space, to place the work in a "landscape" or "portrait" version. It works 360 degrees.

Mathilde Lemonnier
France
I was born near the beaches of La Manche, and I live in Nantes. Trained at the École Duperré and the EPSAAVP in Paris, Mathilde Lemonnier is a painter passionate about the texture of damaged walls and floors. She recreates these textures in her works by mixing techniques and materials such as watercolor, oil paint and glycero lacquer on wooden supports. Her art reveals a fascination with abstraction and pareidolia, where she sees shapes in the grooves of sidewalks or the bark of trees. Mathilde Lemonnier's works exude intense emotion, arising from unforeseen accidents and unexpected results of her artistic process.
