About this artwork
The artwork is conceptual and titled "Hidden Track". It is created as a double-sided work, with one side on the front and the other on the back of a plexiglass panel. Half of a red-painted bridge, the Golden Gate of San Francisco, is on the back while the other half is painted opaque on the front, representing its indistinct reflection. For the artist, the small everyday events that seem to slip away from us and do not leave a particular memory shape…

The bridge represents the time of our lives, a boundary we cross every day, and its opaque shadow reflects the indistinct memory that remains of it, but which makes us who we are today.
