About this artwork
I like graphic design. Intrigued by the lines in a landscape I make a graphic version. Totally different from my other work. All very quiet. Practically without real colors I am visualizing my own world. Standing on the shore a view at the sea from Private Land. Canvas mounted on wood, acrylic with molding pasta (structure), in a frame, ready to hang. Heavy little painting it is!

Max De Winter is a dedicated Dutch artist who has exhibited his work nationally. Committed to creating visual spectacles, he rejects strict messages and theories to welcome the acts of fantasizing and imagining as his only intentions. Working within abstraction, with occasional recognizable elements, he composes paintings that are striking in their simplicity but nonetheless full of infinite contained stories.
