Abstract landscape! Very bright colors, the landmark is very dark blue and red. Every year I make a few of these paintings in contrast with my other work: quiet and empty, no one around. Acrylic on canvas, sides are painted, presented in a white frame, ready to hang.

Max De Winter is a dedicated Dutch artist who has exhibited his work nationally. Committed to creating visual spectacles, he rejects strict messages and theories to welcome the acts of fantasizing and imagining as his only intentions. Working within abstraction, with occasional recognizable elements, he composes paintings that are striking in their simplicity but nonetheless full of infinite contained stories.
