A painting with a story about how we react on visitors. From visitors we do not know who they are. Are they from outer space? Are they from a faraway country? Are they friends, family, strangers? Do we welcome them? A lot of stucture on the surface. Colorful, but not to much. Shipped in a crate, well protected!

Max De Winter is a dedicated Dutch artist who has exhibited his work nationally. Committed to creating visual spectacles, he rejects strict messages and theories to welcome the acts of fantasizing and imagining as his only intentions. Working within abstraction, with occasional recognizable elements, he composes paintings that are striking in their simplicity but nonetheless full of infinite contained stories.
