Mayte Saine is an award-winning artist based in Argentina whose works have been widely exhibited nationally, as well as in Sweden, Spain, Portugal, Israel, Chile, Brazil and Costa Rica. The themes represented in her art often relate to humans, psychology and social intimacies. Saine describes herself as being "almost pious before the pain of humanity". Her expressionist figurative compositions are created uisng oils and laquer on wood, canvas, or cardboard.
