About this artwork
In my work I play with colors and shapes to create a vibrant, emotional landscape. I use oil paints in an impressionistic manner to express the life of nature. The lightness of the flowers, the strength of the colors – they fill the room with joy and energy. When I painted I felt free and hopeful and wanted to capture and share these feelings. My work should be a window to beauty and optimism. It is a celebration of nature and the small joys in life.
