About this artwork
This work seeks to transcribe the sound of nature, the rustle and the lightness of the foliage by the accumulation of small elements in galva (galvanized steel). Games of contrasts: Use of a solid and rigid material to create lightness and a visual flight. Creation of bas-relief on the canvas. The tree is light, airy and fits harmoniously into the background, shades of blue.
Mélane here offers the viewer a poetic and dreamlike vision of the energies… of nature.
