Michèle Ulmann is an artist based in France who has exhibited her paintings nationally, as well as in Belgium and Canada. She describes her artistic expression as being inspired by a love of color. Ulmann's admiration for the works of Nicolas de Staël led her to simplify forms in her own compositions. She creates using oils, as they contain a subtilty in their color.
