About this artwork
The Light 2020 84”x45.5”x1.5” acrylic on canvas acrylic on canvas is part of my new large liquid series where I use a wet on wet technique. This painting was made using mops ans brooms as large paint brushes. The Light 2020 was all painted outside and was mounted on hand made stretcher bars. The painting is no longer mounted on stretcher bars and will ship in a tube. There are small tears in the canvas do to the painting process. The inspiration…
for this series comes from my techniques that I used in a smaller scale.
