About this artwork
Your Mother 2020 36”x24”x1.5” mixed media on canvas. The was painted outside and left out to weather for 7 days. It was rained on several times to create the image looks. Liquid is one of the four fundamental states of matter, and is the only state with a definite volume but no fixed shape. In this experimental procedure, I combine aerosol paints, acrylic paints, ink, urethane and lots of water on paper, wood boards, canvases and plastic photo boxes.
