About this artwork
Sometimes Michael Knepper has his experimental phase after having worked on his other artworks. In this case he put color on a plastic foil and stretched the foil on a framed canvas.
The next step of his experiment was covering the complete motive with casting resin- a new painting was "born"!
....Totally different to his other realistic paintings.
