About this artwork
This Qaudrat in a warm shade of orange has been created in many glazes. I have prepared the colors myself from pigments and binders. It seems to float in front of a diffuse space. It is a Fabfeldmalerei, which lives by the color own expressiveness. Again and again I paint squares in different colors and forums. For me it is something like an abstract expression or symbol of a hovering luminous earth. Essentially, however, this is also a concrete…
painting that aims at the concrete perception of a viewer.
