In this digital artwork I explore the intensity and passion of the human experience. The dynamic composition, consisting of strong contrasts and bold strokes of color, is intended to capture the energy and emotions that shape our being. Using modern photography allowed me to create a fleeting snapshot that reflects both the fragility and power of life. It is intended to inspire viewers to deal with the deeper layers of their own emotional world.

Michaela Steinacher's works make emotions visible, 'thereby touching people'. The Austrian painter believes that art has the potential to enter into a dialogue with others in order to change things, and since larger than life images far surpass reality, art also reinforces empathy. Steinacher prefers to paint using acrylics in many layers, creating depth and inviting the viewer's gaze, as if looking through a window.
