Realistic, life-size creation based on Yamaha 1000 TR1 crankcases.
The steel tube frame is shaped, bent and welded by the artist, according to an imaginary and therefore unprecedented aesthetic.
Pieces of colored glass, assembled using the stained glass technique, replace the original engine casings.
This same technique is used for the design of the tank and the decoration of the wheels.
The theme of the decoration is the universe of motorcycle… races on wooden tracks in the United States around the 1920s. Motorbikes and their riders in action adorn the engine cases. All these pictorial ornamentations are baked.
