About this artwork
Realistic, life-size creation based on 650 Savage Suzuki crankcases.
The steel tube frame is shaped, bent and welded by the artist, according to an imaginary and therefore unprecedented aesthetic.
Pieces of colored glass, assembled using the stained glass technique, but also glued, replace the original engine casings.
This same technique is used for the design of the tank and the decoration of the wheels.
The theme of the decoration is the underwater… world with its flora and fauna. All imaged and painted ornamentation is baked.
