Michel Liénard is a Belgian painter and engraver who was born in 1945. He is an artistic associate at Mons in Belgium where he has taught design, engraving and history of art for 35 years whilst simultaneously carrying on with his own artistic activities which has enabled him to become quickly established on the international art scene.
